Course description: This course begins with discussing various types of clothing appropriate for school children. Students will then be introduced to clothing appropriate for different seasons. Students will learn clothing/uniforms associated with different professions. Students will learn to identify appropriate clothing for formal and informal occasions. The second 3 weeks focuses on food from around the world, focusing on Taiwanese, European, and American food as well as appropriate dining etiquette in different cultures.
